PUGLIESE CLASSIC TARALLO
The Tarallo produced by typical furnace of Puglia, has been classified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry as a traditional food product. The dough, made from selected durum wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, salt and white wine, is baked in the oven and presents a ring shape. Through the use of simple and genuine products, the tarallo is a food highly digestible. Great as a snack, drink and perfect accompanied by salami, cheese, wine and beer.
